Pern was a haven found after decades of search. Here was a world with a new species to interact with, new languages and customs to discover: a home upon which they could settle.

About Us:
- Estonei is a fairly new site with a casual outlook on activity.
- We have a fluid-plot concept that allows members to influence events and plots either by IC character actions or OoC suggestions and ideas.
- Members are free to create Mini Events for each other, which can comprise of anything from eavesdropping NPCs to alien dragon attacks to food fights.
- Estonei’s admin are willing to drop Events into threads if requested, which tend to have repercussions beyond the thread.
- Yearly to sometimes twice a year hatchings with dragons made how you want them
- Non-sexuality based impressions
- Hatchings are focused on personality, and not on colour
- Chatbox activities, and games
- The ability to play the regular Weyr characters (except wherhandlers and whers, though we do plan on bringing them in) as well as Vyfairen, Vyfairen dragon and rider pairs, or simply the Vyfairen creatures
- Estonei’s last Hatching resulted in a riot, severing communication between Hold and Weyr.
- With an incompetent Weyrwoman and Weyrleader (nonexistent), riders are realizing that the current Weyr-system no longer works. A new movement is pressing for power that a council of dragonriders be chosen by merit to run the Weyr.
- There are whispers in the Weyr of riders preparing an oversea expedition to find land where the Holds don’t have jurisdiction.
- Alien dragons have been found in the Weyrlake, attacking Weyrlings and Candidates.
- In the Holds, an anti-Weyr movement is starting due to the Weyrwoman’s Queen attacking a human.
- In the alien settlements, an expedition is being planned to encourage human-Vyfairen contact.
- The aliens are looking to kidnap some Pernese to further their understanding of them.
- A fire lizard has been spotted along the Southern beach by a Vyfairen, which will begin the introduction of fire lizards.
- OoC, the members of Estonei are beginning to explore the concept of the Vyfairen.
- RP-a-Thon will be held July 17th, starting at 11 EST. Everyone is welcome to join in the faster paced threads.
